Inferiority – Idiotic Ideology

Guru has seen about a sizeable number of people who suffer from the worst scenario of mental disorder. It is named the Inferiority Complex. The regard of one being inferior to another person is what he or she feels to be the nature of this disorder. However, as expected Guru has another view attached to it. Generally, such persons just say that, “I am inferior to Him”. Here we can split up a phrase uttered by that person as under

  • I
  • Am Inferior
  • To Him

You are beginning to think what I am up to.

The split up of words is yet another reminder of the age-old maxim – Live your life, step by step. Never be in a hurry to finish off your short and sweet life before it is Show-Time.

Here is what I was about to say. The first component speaks of the letter “I”. It is nothing but a simple letter containing the poison to shatter a whole league. The first thing any doctor would seek before curing his patient will be to know who he is. Who are you? If you would have watched the movie, V for Vendetta, the same question was asked by the lead actress to the actor, who mildly remarked that, “Who is nothing but the form following the function of What”. Therefore, it would have been clear that the function gives you your identity and not just what you assume yourself to be. The same philosophy was embraced in the past to segregate the societal status of people; it is the word that is comfortably misused today, “CASTE”. Those days, the job done was given priority. Nevertheless, nowadays not even the Human element is given any importance but the people use the caste title to the best possible advantage. Fine! Let me not just waver around the topic and come back to where this blog was started.

“I”, this is the sixth time this letter has been used as a pronoun in this small (!!!) write-up. Have you ever embraced the process of Self-Introspection before. The answer would be a strong NO. The usage of this word might just evoke protests from a few stating that it is just a waste of time. The points that I shall be using now shall prove enough reason to embrace the habit of Self-Introspection;

  • Even a Lion looks back the path it had travelled at regular intervals. When even the King of the jungle does it, we being the Kings of the nations must be able to do it in a better fashion
  • When a person does not even know his true self, why consider this small practice as a Waste of time, when you are risking your whole lifetime down the wire.

Therefore, when you are truly unaware of yourself, it might just be unfair for me to assume that you have some knowledge of your purpose on this earthly sphere. Hence, my inference is that, it would be too immature to use the small ninth letter in the list of alphabets to enforce any importance on you. This can be done in a much bigger way through your actions. In short, you earn your importance by serving your purpose. Henceforth, learn your purpose and then try saying the identity of yourself. I would bet, once you learn it, you will let go of any material possessions you may ever actually possess. If you would want it in typical Guru Style, “The Material possessions would soon turn Immaterial.”

Since this point is of prime importance I would like to add a recap of this idea :

  • Objective : Remove the thought of “I”.
  • Method : Learn and Do your Life’s purpose.
  • Tools : Self-Introspection through Meditation.

Moving on to the next phrase, “Am Inferior”. Actually, my first intention was to club the word Am with the first phrase of I. As many might be aware that the shortest complete sentence in English language is, “I am”. I am from the School of Action (not thought) wherein you eradicate the thought by first making people to realize its unimportance. That is why I used “I” separately.

This is the pivot of this life long work. The word Inferior just causes me to shiver with an unknown feeling. To be more precise, I have an aversion towards just a few things in my life and those things give me chills whenever I encounter them. They are Negative thoughts, Dogs (Sorry for all those Dog Lovers) and @#!*$ (Only a few know this). The word Inferior being a form of Negative thought has to be avoided at all costs before you are sighted by me, ’cause once I am in the picture, it is business time and I have a really bad habit of infusing a thought called Confidence in others. I think the stage is set to quote an excellent quote from the last book I read, “Tao Te Ching” by Lao Tzu, the father of Taoism:

When people see some things as beautiful, other things become ugly.

When people see some things as good, other things become bad.

Being and non-being create each other. Long and short define each other.

High and low, depend on each other.

I can easily visualize a thing, that people are never Inferior. It is just the creation of an illusion that others might just be superior to themselves. Think others as Superior to you, you begin to give undue importance to them and end up degrading yourselves thereby pushing yourself into the cocoon of being Inferior. Never is there a demeaning job in this world than comparing yourself with someone who is not even up to your level. So, why bother yourself comparing with them and give yourself an impression of being inferior to them.

Next phrase,”Than Others”. Who are these Others??? Where do they come from? What role have they got to play in your life? Hey! I am actually questioning you. At least answer this question. I am saying this because, every time I put forth a question to anyone, they just throw one back at me. Poof! This is a very tedious job, but remember whenever you enjoy what you do, nothing is a burden and just pleasure. Coming back to the “OTHERS”, they just represent the group of people who just shadow you in your activities and hence you assume them to be Superior. I can just repeat the very sentence, “There is never a demeaning job in this world other than comparing yourself with others”. So why bury yourself in the virtual closet of Complex thoughts….. There is never a person who can accomplish things better than us, If there be one, HE is GOD. I might appear to be an atheist. But I never deny the existence of Supernatural. So, remember you shall never compete with Supernatural, unless you elevate yourself to the pedestal of being the equal to GOD.

So, will you ever say the sentence of “I am Inferior than others”.. Actually you might be just bugged after reading this write up and hence will forget those words. Anyway, the means are never important but the ends are. Now coming to the point once again, how would you identify yourself or others having such a God Forbidden mental state and help them out. You might just coldly remark why must I.I can only say that when you have the power of Influence, why not use it to the best advantage of others. Therefore, are you going to carry on or call it Quits?

As far as I had seen people, the following symptoms are displayed in greater proportions in those so-called “Inferior” groups:

  • Considering they are unlucky.
  • Having a general feeling that they have a Disgusting character.
  • Fearing that they might lose their dear ones very frequently.
  • Passing on words that might seek attention.
  • Apologizing very frequently. – (Corollary to the Third point)
  • Rarest symptom – “Trying to dominate others by force”.

The Corrective measures that needs to be undertaken are,

  • Give them your Lucky charm. Actually, I never believe in luck – I LIVE ON IT. Even though you don’t believe in luck, just give them something that makes them feel Luck remains with them forever. Also, get some important works done from them, things wherein the outcome is well decided, hence the success will make them feel LUCKY…
  • Disgusting, that word is really an honour for me when you measure my character. Therefore, whenever someone says that you are the most ridiculous person he has ever met, just give him my number.
  • Faith is the hardest thing to create and the easiest thing to lose. Create belief in the other that losing shall never happen anytime when you are around.
  • Non Commente for the rest as you try to figure out what best you can give in..

I hope that I had enumerated a little bit of what all I had seen as a spectator in this brief period of 20 years in around 1700 words. You may like this one or you may not. Nevertheless, I am not going to call it Quits at any point of time. I had done the Self-Introspection process and had found out my life’s purpose. So, I need not worry about what life has in its hold for me, I would rather spend by thinking what else can I write next …… Whenever I say that “Let us join together and Change this world”, I will be rebutted by the words that, “Whenever you try to change the world, you end up changing yourself”.

Just to finish off with my favourite lines from the wisdom of Sir Winston Churchill,

“Sure I am this day we are masters of our fate,
That the task which has been set before us is not above our strength;
that its pangs and toils are not beyond my endurance.
As long as we have faith in our own cause and
an unconquerable will to win, victory will not be denied us”

We shall change this world, Step Up ……………………….

A Last word of Thanks to all those who had lent me their experiences and their time to view this blog prior and post publishing.

PS : It is a rare occasion that I thank people for, so accept it
