Case of a Missing Brain

Search Begins Here

I was about to get out of my bed,

Easily could feel the blood rushing in my head,

I mistook the sound for a thunderous rain,

Oh My God! It is a case of my Missing brain.

I had a feeling that it has to be safe and secure,

However, I can’t even call Bond or Holmes for my rescue.

It is obviously my brain that is at stake,

Publicity would be a grave mistake.

Slowly I built a case just like Agatha’s Poirot,

Seeing which even Bugs Bunny would avoid carrots.

I go around my house searching for it everywhere,

Fearing that I might have dropped it somewhere.

Late Realisation - Better Late than Never

Suddenly I get a spark in my head,

Hey! It is better to be brainless instead.

No place to store stress or worry,

Ultimately serving the purpose to be Happy.

All I now know is just how to Smile,

That is enough for me to walk the extra mile.

PS : I must confess that Poirot is not rhyming with Carrot. ( As pointed out by 1-1-1)
